The heart of
Auburn beats here.

More than just a cup.

For years, Auburn has been a community built on connection. Knox Coffee Co. started with a simple mission: to create a space where that connection thrives over a perfectly crafted cup.

Whether you're a local stopping by before work or a traveler passing through on Bowling Green Road, we believe in the power of a quiet moment and a warm conversation.
